PL84 (PL84) screen current 3,5 mA

The showed "Muiderkring" schematic diagram indicates a screen current of 22 mA at 170 volts.

According to the Philips Electronic Tube Manual this screen current is 3,5 mA, the same value as the tubes UL84 and  EL86.
