Description |
Integral magnet, coaxial output (7/8" line) CW magnetron. Top screw for mechanical tuning from 1900 to 2200 MHz; FM modulation through separate electron beams generated by cathode array, taking 4.5 V @ 4 A.
Operation described in U.S. patent 2781476, assigned to L. P. Smith, RCA.
2.2 kV at 150 mA typical, 70 W CW output typical. Intended for radio relay systems.
Similar to QK174, with reduced driving power to electronic tuning cathode.
