Description |
Glass-metal 'micropup' transmitting triode; unipotential oxide-coated cathode. Brass finned plate radiator. Two tubes gave 100 to 150 kW pulses at 200MHz. Usable well beyond 600 MHz.
- 12 kV peak plate voltage
- 40 A peak current
- 150 W plate dissipation with forced-air cooling
- gain 22.
Looks very similar to 4C27 with flying wires to the filament replaced by a coaxial connector.
Also registered in the US as 4C29. Productions by Rogers.
