Hallo,

von Telefunken wird als erstes Fertigungsdatum 1924 genannt. Produziert wurden bis 1945 laut Fertigungsunterlagen TFK insgesamt 1202 Stück.  Danach wurden bis 1950 noch 13 Stück produziert.
