Description |
VHF external-anode power triode, forced-air-cooled. Thoriated-tungsten folament. Factory installed finned radiator. Likely made by Toshiba to be used as pulsed oscillator in the Tachi No.7 radar set, generating 50 kW peak pukses at 100 MHz.

- 6.5 mA mean current
- 750 W max anode dissipation
- 120 MHz max operating frequency.
- 50 kW typical pulse power at 100 MHz.
Development started in October 1942. Prototypes completed in April 1943.
