Daten zum SCR1526 von Motorola sind im Internet nicht zu finden.
Ich habe daher mein Exemplar ausgemessen. Es ist sicher ein Thyristor und kein Triac. Die Anschlussfolge ist wie bei allen anderen Thyristoren im TO-220-Gehäuse von links beginnend Kathode, Anode und Gate. Der minimale Gatestrom zum Zünden ist 15 mA. Der maximale Strom könnte 15 Ampere bei entsprechender Kühlung sein. Die maximale Sperrspannung ist mindestens 600 Volt - höher wollte ich nicht messen, um ihn nicht zu beschädigen.
