Description |
Five-cavity klystron amplifier specifically designed as an RF source in high-energy linear accelerators. It offers two different operating modes : an output power of at least at 2998.5 MHz : 45 MW peak and 20 kW average with a pulse length of 4.5 μs, or 22.5 MW peak and 14 kW average with a pulse length of 12.5 μs.
