Description |
VHF power triode used in the transmitter of Freya EW radar. Carbonized-iron plate. Two tubes in push-pull generate 15 to 20 kW pulses somewhere around 100 MHz.
- 8 kV pulsed anode voltage
- 5 A cathode emission
- 150 W anode power dissipation
- 6 mA/V transconductance
AEG datasheet on the Frank's site reports 1.5 A filement current due to a typo.
