Neon filled 3-electrode tuning indicator. See also early tuning indicators with other kind of systems, like the VG-1 (Viso Glo from Sparton), Tune-A-Lite (there is a direct link here) used by Atwater Kent which used also the name Tonebeam in model 96-F, Flash-O-Graph (Fada etc.), Tonebeam, Shadowgraph (Philco), Tuning Flasher (Sears) etc. for "Silent Tuning".. this tube is fitted with a Ba15D base.
