Description |
Work started on development of this tube at the Westinghouse facility in Bloomfield, New Jersey early in 1925. It was available and announced to the public on October 19, 1925.
Two separate filaments, each drawing 0.55 amp; single common anode connected to the base shell. The tube was mainly used in the Dubilier "Super Ducon" B battery eliminator. It is believed that the unusual element design may have originated in Europe.
