I have one of this guys. According my measurements, the filament is not half indirect. Pin 3 and 7 are the filament, but all others are cathode, except the top cup. So the filament is indirect.

I checked my two examples of V22/7000, the cathode has indirect heating, indeed, but i observed and measured, that the filament is connected to the 5. and 7. pin. Greetings: Zoltán
