Description |
This tube is a replacement for the VT-14 and was originally made with a Shaw base. The tube was in its final stages of development by GE for the US Signal Corps when World War One had just ended. The tube is a transmitting type and has a ruggedised construction which made it more suitable for use in military air craft.
