Description |
VHF transmitting triode with 100 Watt dissipation rating, designed just before WW2. Electrode structure similar to 100TL (of Eitel-McCullough), with bigger filament. All glass body with two plate side pins near the top, two grid side pins near the center and two filament pins from the bottom. Pulse rated at higher frequency than 100TL.
16 tubes used as ring oscillator at 205 MHz in SCR-268 searchlight director.
