The YD 1048 and YD 1049 are metal-ceramic high-power planar triodes and suitable for grid-pulsed or plate-pulsed oscillators, frequency multipliers, or amplifiers up to 3.5 GHz, and as switching tube for high plate voltages.
These triodes are outstanding for their high transconductance, amplification, and frequency stability.
Due to their rigid construction, they are particularly suited for application in mobile and airborne equipment.
