Application:
The Tesla ZD12YA tube is a water-cooled triode of 12 kW anode dissipation, suitable for use as a class A or B AF or RF power amplifier at frequencies up to 20 Mc/s
Design:
The upper part oft he tube envelope is lead glass and carries the filament terminals which are attached to an insulating bridge with corona ring. The molybdenum grid is connected to a terminal on the side oft he tube envelope is formed by the anode of OFHC copper which is designed for Insertion on a jacket for water cooling
