2,5mh rf choke

Dear friends.
I'm in need of some rf chokes for a low power AM transmitter project...
I can't find it here in Brazil to buy and I wish I could do it myself.
The characteristics are as follows:
2.5mh with 160mA capacity. I've never done this stuff before and I need to know how to do it.
Its appearance is as in the attached photo.
Your suggestions will be welcome.
