What is the differnece in these two vaccum tubes, and which one is supposed to be more powerful?

Does this mean that the Telefunken is being used as the base measure?

How does the Yugoslav EI variant EL84 ,based on Philips manufacturing techniques, or the JJ Tesla (Slovak) variant compare with all of this?
