aeg: AW2 ; Magnetophon

Hello,

I have the same recorder, but it has another model nr. on its plate. The model nr. is: AWE1132.

Also the schematic seems different.

Anybody knows the difference between the two models? Or have the correct schematic for my own?

Dear All,

the AWE1132 is just the electronics, inside the AW2.

The AW2 works coupled to the external amplifier KL15D.

Using modern tapes, it's possible to reach surprising frequency response just adjusting the bias value.

My AW2 is now well working coupled to an external push-pull amplifier. The amplifier, as foreseen, provides to supply the recording signal.
