APP4120 with Europe side contact base (P8A)

Hi Ottó,

this tube does not look like factory made. The usual putty is not visible between the base and the bulb, but one can see remnants of glue.

A serviceman or a tinkerer has changed the base of this tube to substitute an AL1, AL2 or AL4.
