Braun 88 UKW kuuluu samaan rinnakkaismallien ryhmään kuin Telefunken Concertino 6 ja Telestar Concertino 56. Vastaavia malleja löytynee myös AEG (4075WD) ja Siemens merkeistä. Rinnakkaismallit eivät kuitenkaan ole täysin identtisiä vaan niissä on tarkkaan ottaen ainakin pieniä eroja. Koneet ovat usein tehty samassa tehtaassa, samoilla kytkentäkaavioilla ja samoista osista. Radioharrastajan mielenkiintoinen tehtävä on selvittää mitä eroja niistä löytyy ja minkälainen historia niihin liittyy. Telestar Concertino 56 eroaa Telefunkenista aika paljon. Se on valmistettu Salossa ja siinä on käytetty monia suomalaisia osia. Telestar merkki sinänsä on mielenkiintoinen sodan seuraus. Kirjoitan siitä lisää myöhemmin.

Braun 88 UKW belongs to the same group of parallel models as Telefunken Concertino 6 and Telestar Concertino 56. Comparable models might be found also in the marks of AEG (4075WD) and Siemens. Models to be compared are anyhow quite identical but, to be exact, they have at least small differences. The apparats have often been made in the same factory, using the same schemas and same components. The interesting task of a radiohobbyist is to clarify what are the differences to be found and what kind of history is accosiated in them. Telstar Concertino 56 makes differences with Telefunken quite a lot. It has been manufactured in Salo and in it there has been used many finnish components. The mark Telstar itself is an interesting consequence of the war. I will write more about it later.
