Hello !
I have a very bad SK2 (January 1956) and I had to re-wire the VHF head and the wave change switch.
Alas, the set is not functionning because the ECC85 is not oscillating. As a lot of component were missing from the VHF head, I suspect that even if I get the wiring correct, the layout is not correct.
May I ask you a set of pictures of a functionning VHF head and of the wavechange switch ?
Last but not least, I would greatly appreciate a couple of iron dust core for the VHF head (the previous owner had broken them, and one IFT core which is un movable for the same reason)
Thank a lot in advance for your help and advice !

Pictures
Hello Georges, I took some pics, for you can check what parts are missing probably.
Please ask for more if necessary or for full sized pictures via e-mail.
As for the iron cores I´ll come back to you on this tomorrow.
Bon chance

? Braun SK2
Hi Guys !
Thanks very much for the picts. I can see that my layout is not as it should be.
If you can send the picts also to my email in full size, it would be perfect.
I would like to have the wiring of the two wires coming out of the VHf head (at the 10.7 coil) and which one goes to the adjustable capacitor and which one goes to the wave change switch.
If you could get some iron dust cores, it would be GREAT !
Last but not least, quite all resistors were missing in the VHF head. It was not a big problem because I had the schematics, but I wonder if the 2 x 200 Ohm black resistors are special in any way, and if yes with what I could replace them ?
Again, thanks a lot for your help !

cores
Hello Georges, here comes a picture showing all I could find on Fe-cores. They are 6.2 mm and of a total lenghts of 16 mm. They seem to fit but not sure about the lenghts.
