nordmende: Caruso 2/616 US - Is this the same model

I recently aquired a Nordmende Caruso 2/616 US in an auction. I am trying to figure out if It is this model or if i should create a new model. I have the full schematic and owners manual. The photo below shows the model number. I will appreciate any guidance on this.

None of the models listed in your circuit diagram are available in the RMorg:

Nordmende Sterling Cosima 2/616 US.

Please create all 5 models in RMorg.
