channel: channel master model 6506 with detached battery lead (black)

Hi,

First I forgot to take a before picture.

I was recapping and radio was sounding great when the radio went quiet. I notice the black battery lead pull off the solder point of the circuit board. I tried a few places and heard a crackles but no radio signal.

Can someone post a pictrue of where the black battery lead is supposed to be attached to the board?

Hello Charlie.

Find below a photograph of the area of the 6506 pc board that is of interest to you. Notice that the black power lead that traces up the side of the speaker aperture connects to the board at the area marked by the yellow arrow. This should help you.
