CRT Lorenz BS 42R-3 datasheet

Hello radiofriends,

recently I found a Siemens 1954 television model SM1744TV that has the Lorenz BS 42R-3 crt, I'm looking for the datasheet of this tube.

The tube don't have the ion trap, so need to know if need it or not....
