CV782 (CV782)

CV782 , CV783, CV784 and CV785 are all B7G tubes for battery receivers with 1,4 V filament.

They are the British Military codes for  the USA types 1R5, 1S4, 1S5, 1T4.

On the continent these tubes came later in production as DK91, DL91, DAF91, DF91.

The USA started their own Military codes and these tubes are VT-171, VT-210, VT-172, VT-173.

This USA VT-code was abandonend and the list ends at no. VT-289, while the British CV-code list kept growing and exeeds CV-11000.
