Dear collectors and radio enthusiasts,

As promised in a German version of this posting I would like to announce that now the English version of a Youtube video about COHIRADIA is onine for the international community. The video vividly presents the basic technology, available tools and the people behind the scenes of the project. On behalf of the COHIRADIA team (W. Barteczek, C-P. Gallenmiller, G. Müller, S. Roberts, H. Scharfetter), I would like to invite you to take a look, it could be interesting for many radio enthusiasts. I would also like to ask you for a favour: Please push the 'like'-Button of the video so as to improve its statistics on Youtube and help to raise awareness for the project.

Many of you may already know this section of rmorg which had been launched in December 2021. For those who are not yet familiar with the project:
COHIRADIA enables collectors to connect original LW, MW and sometimes also VLF radio signals from the past to the antenna input of old radios and to tune in and listen to all stations that were receivable at the recording location at the time of recording. The platform is completely free to access and contains not only software and instructions for hardware installation, but now also a very extensive archive with >70 recordings from 2006 onwards.
The total playing time is approx. 50 hours, which with up to 50 stations per band is well over 1000 hours of audio playing time. There are even some VLF recordings, including broadcasts from SAQ Grimeton on 17.2 MHz.

Have fun watching and please 'like' the video
