? eumig: 386W; Phono Eumig 3D Record Player
Hello Friends,
Does anyone know how to adjust the RPMs of the record player? There is a noticable 'slowness' on the 33 1/3 setting and I can find no information in the service documents.
Thank you,
Bob

Dual 300 ?
I assume that this is a Dual 300 turntable.
Since nothing can be adjusted
They are friction wheels, which may need to be oiled.
Perhaps the motor bearings needed to be lubricated.

Success!
Thank you Herr Bauer, you are right on the money! I disassemble the drive wheel assembly and carefully removed all of the old and sticky oil from the wheels, inside chambers and shafts, then coated the axle shafts with fresh light oil. The turntable (yes, it is the Dual 300) plays at the correct RPM (as far as my ear can discern) on all settings (78, 45 and 33 1/3 - I don't have any vinyl records at 16 RPMs! so I'll assume it is OK!)
Thank you again for the very useful suggestion!

Printable Strobe disk
Bob,
This site: click here has a PDF printable strobe disk that you can use. Just shine a flickering lamp on it like a flourescent or neon lamp. I use my bench lighted magnifying lamp. It flickers with the line frequency better than any CFL.
They have both 50 and 60 Hz printable strobe disks.
Paul.
