Reproduction glass dial scales for a number of American radios are available from Radio Daze at radiodaze.com .  The part number for a scale for Philco 40-150 is DG-056 and is available for $29.95. 

I have never purchased a dial scale from Radio Daze, but I have heard the quality is good.
