Italian Razor-Blade Radio

When I was young I had heard some old people talking of radios built around razor blades. It was said that these radios were used by prisoners in their barracks to listen to radio news.

At last I found an article and even a photo of such a radio, published in Electronics magazine in August 1944. Enjoy it. (click on the article to enlarge)
