Limpieza y reparacion tandem (condensador variable)

En el proceso de restauración de una Mastertone, al realizar la limpieza del condensador variable, creo que he usaso algún desengrasante o lavamanos muy fuerte y a perdido toda la propiedad capacitiva. No se si tiene solución, alguien podria ayudarme con alguna solución o lo tiro como chatarra, gracias.

Ich glaube, ich habe bei der Restaurierung eines Mastertones beim Reinigen des variablen Kondensators einen sehr starken Entfetter oder ein Reinigungsmittel verwendet und dabei alle kapazitiven Eigenschaften verloren. Ich weiß nicht, ob es eine Lösung gibt, könnte mir jemand bei einer Lösung helfen oder ich werde es als Schrott wegwerfen, danke.

these capacitors with 3 packets are not so easy to find - so you should try to locate the problem.

At first remove all old soldering - you'll need a strong soldering iron let's say 50...100 watts because of the thick material. After that check the following:

- the rotor with the 3 moving parts and the housing have to have a very good connection. Check that with a multimeter. It should read zero ohms even if you move the rotor.

- On the other hand there should be absolutely no reading between the rotor and the stationary capacitor parts - not to the 3 different parts and those not between each other.
You said you "lost all the capacitive property" - that imho can only be a short somewhere so you have to find and remove it - I can't help with that ;-) If you measure a short on all 3 packets most likely the whole rotating assembly has been moved right or left - there must be no short in any position of the rotor.

Gracias por la respuesta Mr. Consales, he realizado las comprovaciones que me recomiendas y solo he observado que entre el chasis y las 3 partes fijas del condensador existe un resistencia de 7.84kΩ, que si la dejo conectada y aumenta lentamente hasta 9kΩ, y que solo me lo lee con el positivo del multimetro en el chasis, del contrario no tengo lectura.

No se si puede ser algun residuo de la limpieza que este ofreciendo esa resistencia. serguire investigando.

Ich weiß nicht, ob es Reinigungsrückstände sein könnten, die diesen Widerstand bieten. Ich werde die Ermittlungen fortsetzen.

Investigando mas profundamente, he tenido que desmontar por completo el tamden para llegar hasta el problema, al realizar la limpieza con desengransante y agua, se ve que llego hasta las fijaciones de la parte fija del condensansor, las cuales estan unidas por un unico tornillo que con sus aisladores de plastico en pricipio no debia haber problemas, pero al desmontarlo observe que existia una camara entre aisladores, el tornillo que lo atraviesa estaba oxidado y existia residuos que hacian un poco de continuidad al chasis, este era el problema, se limpian esos residuos, el oxido del tornillo y se recupera el condensador.

Gelöst Bei genauerer Betrachtung musste ich die Trommel komplett zerlegen, um das Problem zu lösen. Beim Reinigen mit Entfetter und Wasser fiel auf, dass ich die Befestigungen des festen Teils des Kondensators erreicht hatte, die mit einer einzigen Schraube verbunden waren Es handelt sich um Kunststoffisolatoren, im Prinzip sollte es keine Probleme geben, aber beim Zerlegen fiel mir auf, dass sich zwischen den Isolatoren eine Kammer befand, die Schraube, die durch sie führte, rostig war und Rückstände vorhanden waren, die dem Chassis ein wenig Kontinuität verliehen, das war Beheben Sie das Problem, reinigen Sie den Abfall, der Rost der Schraube und des Kondensators wird wiederhergestellt.
