magnavox: Magnavox R3B Horn instructions on base required

I have a working Magnavox R3B Horn speaker which is missing the Instructions on the base.

If anyone is able to supply me with a scan or photo of the instructions sheet on the base, I would greatly appreciate it.

I owned this speaker long ago and maybe there had been an instruction underneath. I do not remember. Actually I just found a common companies address and a listing of patent numbers.

Thank you for your help. I did see that R3B base label for sale on Ebay.

It is different from another R3B's base label sold on Ebay in 2015.

So I am perplexed as to which may be the original.

I have a Magnavox Type R3 Model B with a base lable, but the lable does not contain instructions.  I only lists patents.  I am looking for the audio transformer for that model.
