Philips 90AL590: Orange wire disconnected

Hello, my receiver has many FM spurious interferences on MW/SW/LW. I see inside an orange wire near the variable capacitor disconnected. (see some images, I also upload mine). How to connect this cable?

the orange wire is not disconnected.
This is a measuring point for the adjustment of the device.
