philips: EL3556A/30; Maestro 33

Is the digits after the '/' a model marker for different countries? I have a /19. Is this in inprinciple identical to /30?

It is a variant of this ==> EL3556.
See the schematic for this model.
The difference lies in the wiring of the power transformer.
Please suggest a new model for RM.org.
