I think I have this model.  The case is exact although mine has a 6D6 and a 6C6 in place of the 39 and 36 tubes.  Are these tubes interchangeable?

The 6C6 and 6D6 have 6 pin bases, so they wouldn't even fit into the sockets of the 36 and 39 tubes.  You may have an Air King model 40 chassis in that cabinet.  I'd like to see some pictures of the chassis.
Cheers,
Howard

You are probably right about this being an Air King 40 chassis.  There is a transformer underneath that eliminates the need for the resistance line cord.
