Hello Juha,

In January 1923 the Laboratories of  Dr. Siegmund Loewe joined to the Grüttner & Lütgert Laboratories and this became the Radiofrequenz GmbH Friedenau.

Later on in 1926?  the company´s name changed into Loewe Radio or Loewe Opta.

You might have the very early version of OE333. Your pictures do not come up, please try again.

Regards

Reiner Scholz

You have an OE333 manufactured during the Friedenau episode. At this time the company´s name was LOEWE RADIO with the styled frequency wave logo and below The Friedenau OEs...

EE: Please do not link to other websites - they did not even match!
We have our own model pages for that.

My Friedenau OE333 does not show that sinus wave logo at the dial.

Later on, when the company had moved to Berlin Steglitz the name plate looked like this.

Please take a close up picture of dial and try to add to the Friedenau page. In doubt about that, send a high pixeled picture to my email address.

Reiner

note for admin: At the moment, I do not know what the model page, the OP stepped in, is for.

Eventually this should be transferred into the "here" link?

Hello Juha, the LOEWE brand plate moved from the front side to the speaker side as shown at your picture. I don´t know why. I have no knowledge of an oval shaped LOEWE logo.  Most likely at the front side place there was mounted the name plate of an domestic importer or distributer.

Dear Mr.Erb,

I linked to to the RMORG "Friedenau" model page and to the RMORG "Steglitz" page. It worked in a preview. Sorry, do not know what happened.
