saba: I Stereo (1 Stereo); HiFi-Studio

I have a Saba Stereo 1 Hi Fi Stereo.  My technician believes that the "Stereo Decoder E 16 " is damaged.  I am looking for a replacement "Stereo Decoder E 16".
