I have a Sentinel Model 220T radio. Needing infomation on re-stringing the dial cord. Can't believe I'm having this much problems with this simple looking layout. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Victor
I see that you have not received an answer within 3 days. Well, you can't expect a specific answer for this question unless somebody has the set and has experienced this before. But maybe the answer is easy: One of our picture admins, Hinrich Grensemann, has loaded up a picture from eBay about your model, showing a rather clear picture how the dial string is set up.

At least you see how the cord runs and hopefully your cord was still around so that you have at least the parts necessary and can see how they work together. I looked up in. "Howard Sams Dial cord stringing Guide DC-3, but your model is not listed there. The edition is of January 1954 and your model is from 1942 - but not listed. It generally shows the positions when the tuning gang is fully closed.

One thing more: I see you are a very recent member - who has used up his 1000 points by downloading 64 schematics and some big sized pictures. Well, a server can not know if you download or just look up. If you would upload one model photo (of preferably 933 pixel width) you would gain 1800 points. Downloading a schematic is 15 points minus ...

Would be nice if you would begin uploading. You have a detailed and illustrated step-by-step-instruction in the link FAQ on the HP ... :-)
You can also read the blue help buttons on top right of each page. I think members are then also more inclined to help if they see that somebody is an active member. By doing something you help each radio friend.
