The MA724TX diode is to the right of the marked square on the PCB picture. There is a 4-pin SOT-23 part marked with M1T as is the marking code of MA724 according to the data sheet.

Thank you for your reply.

Please see the attached file again.I have added images.

I am wondering the circuit diagram from picture 1 says the part number is "MA724TX",

but  "MA724TX" that marked square on the PCB picturer is looks difference.(Picture2&3)

Is this "MA724TX"? or differnt part number? Also I would like to know which direction dose the erectric current flow? Culd you please check my image diagram? (Picture 4)

The SOT-89 part you've marked is something other, not the MA724TX. The MA724TX is to the right of the red marking of the PCB. It  has both the same marking and physical dimensions as the part presented in the data sheet.

Hello Mr. Tamio Hisama,

Mr. Torbjörn Forsman is correct with his statement. The component outlined in red is Q 38, a 2SB1121. There is a 47KOhm resistor between base and emitter. This can also be seen on the layout. The housing of the 2SB1121 also matches the part outlined in red circle.

Best regards

Giovanni Cucuzzella
