The 1539 is one of the Soviet 1500 series. These are specially selected or modified versions of pre-existing Soviet production types. In the West, among the most commonly found 1500 types are the 1578, a specilized version of the 6N8S (6SN7GT), and the 1579, a specialized version of the 6N9s (6SL7GT).

The 1539 is a specilized version of the 6N5P, a nine-pin, all-glass double triode, manufactured in Novosibirsk.

Abbreviated data for the 1539:

Mu = 33
Gm = 4.2 mA/V
Rp = 7.9K
Heater 6.3V @ 600 mA

If someone will create a page for this tube, I will upload the picture.

Cheers,

Ken
