telefunken: Telefunken Opus 6 inside back panel

Hi,  I am looking for the Telefunken Opus 6 inside back panel data information.  I'd like to reproduce the one that is gone from my restoration.   Any help is appreciated.

Does anyone have such a back wall?

Don fragt nach einem Label auf der Innenseite von der Rückwand wo die Positionierung der Röhren etc. erkennbar ist.
 Hat jemand eine solche Rückwand? Meine Rückwand ist innen blank
