Which Grundig radio is this?

Dear radio friends

Who can help me in identifying this Grundig radio?

 

It has at the left a small slot for a 45 RPM vinyl record. (not visible at the picture)

All tubes, except an ECC85, are missing, there is no back panel, and no type plate.
