zenith: R-7000; Trans-Oceanic

Hi all....The on/off switch shuts down dial lights, but not the radio. Anyone have any repair ideas? Also I am in need of dial lamps, the bulbs read GE18.Anyone know of source to get them?  Thanks  AL

I repaired radio by removing chassis, and cleaning the switch, and all contacts using 'Gold' spray cleaner. I used Sylvania #74 bulbs for dial lights ( 14 volt...perfect match)   Thanks   AL

 I buy my dial lamps at antique electronic supply.  Use contact cleaner on switch and check circuit with a schematic for circuit modification.
