The Acme Radio Mfg. Moto-Midget [late] was a 5-tube battery-powered TRF car radio. The "A" supply used the 6V car battery for the filament and speaker field, and the "B+" supply used a dry battery.
The early version, with a different tube lineup, was the Acme Radio Mfg. Moto-Midget [early].
