It is sometimes amazing what sellers do to get a good price. Sometimes they forge, sometimes they just don't know that they don't sell an original.

Here in Radioattic you find an offer for an Addison model A2E with nickname "Baby Addison". Addison A2E is just a creation out of the blue with the chassis sticker for R5A1. It is a badly overpainted model. If you compare the single color model of an otherwise never used color (by the manufacturer) with real models like the Model B2C, Model B2F or Model 2A etc. you will see, that no manufacturer would spoil such beautiful two color sets. Unfortunately you find also overpainted sets in two colors. The fake is sometimes not so easy to detect like this "A2E.

This model Addison A2E was created by one of our 9500 members, after finding it on Radio Attic., but the model admins rejected it after the member loaded pictures up. Well done that they deleted that model instead of accepting!

Some text is even true: "This baby Addison is a rare painted set. ... It is rare to find an example of this baby Addison in this condition. But not the rest ... I don't discuss the asking price of $ 550.

Please: If you find errors here - and there are surely many despite of two admins which have to accept every single new model - tell us and why you find something in error. Nobody is prefect and I always tell that we are in an iteration process. Guests can do so by using the Contact Form. Thank you.
