  • Aiwa Full Automatic Direct Drive Turntable System, LX-110.

    Aiwa LX-110 is a programmable direct-drive turntable with a tangential tonearm.
    In automatic playback mode, a light barrier ("disc sensor") located in the tonearm next to the stylus detects the disc size, the position of the lead-in groove, and the empty groove between the modulation points ("tracks"). The sequence of the pieces is thus programmable.

    Aiwa LX-110 ist ein programmierbarer direkt angetriebener Plattenspieler mit Tangential-Tonarm. Im automatischen Abspielmodus detektiert eine im Tonarm neben der Abtastnadel angeordnete Lichtschranke ("Disc Sensor") die Plattengrösse, die Positionen der Einlaufrille und der Leerrillen zwischen den Modulationsstellen ("Tracks"). Die Reihenfolge der Stücke ist damit programmierbar
