AWA Special export model.
Exported to Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and Asian Territories.
Radio dial was marked with frequency only and no Australian Stations.Export models did not have the brand “Radiola" on the dial or cabinet.
This model could be powered from dry batteries or from a 4 volt storage battery using a plug-in synchronous vibrator power unit. When on dry batteries the 4.5 volt battery is only for the dial lights.
Same chassis as the 616T.
