  • Shape
  • Tablemodel, with any shape - general.
  • Notes
  • This is a signal generator that covers approximately 93 kHz to 31 MHz in 10 bands.  (There was a slight variation in coverage due to a production change.)

The attenuator gives an output of from about 1.2 volts down to 0.5 μV.

This model differed from the 2R7231 in having an output attenuator of slightly different mechanical design.  Also the case is 18 lb lighter, due to a new method of case construction.

This was a high end instrument that would have been used by the military mainly.
