Made in Japan for AGS, this is one of many midgets produced in Japan with the name "5 Tube Super" (and with this tube set), such as for instance: https://www.radiomuseum.org/r/unknown_wingfield_five_tube_super.html
The tube list indicated here is correct. The schematic affixed within the radio case mentions a 30A5 instead of a 50C5, but this is wrong. The actual circuit of the radio (that was not modified) matches the characteristics of a 50C5. A note has been added to the schematic.
