    Amplion is very well known by the fabrication of  loudspeakers, but they also fabricate some meters, radios and battery chargers.

    Meaurements:

    • DC voltage 10 V to 500 V (end of scale)
    • DC current
    • AC voltage 10 V to 500 V (end of scale)
    • Resistance 0 Ω to 100 Ω

    The meter has a selenium rectifier inside that is used to convert AC voltages in DC voltages.

    Sensitivity: 1800 Ω/V

    Battery: For resistance measurement a battery of 3 V (n.8 or 2R10 of zinc chloride) is needed.
