The Ampliphone is a personal pocket amplifier designed to provide two wire communication between 2 to 15 operators. It is self-contained, operating from an internal 6V Mallory cell, for use with boom microphone headsets or throat microphones and headphones, with adjustment of the incoming and outgoing signal levels. For pocket or belt use by personnel working on engine test beds or aircraft maintenance.
